ABOUT US
Lausanne Health + Hospitality Group is part of SciNex AG and was founded in 2005 in connection with the project for Dongtan Eco Medical City, Shanghai. This project, in cooperation with Royal Haskoning, Ove Arup und HOK, aimed at an innovative synthesis of Health and Hospitality functions.
Lausanne Health + Hospitality Group is a network of international specialists in the fields of health, process management, economics and hospitality.

Our motto is: „We bring the various subjects together“!
We are convinced that substantial additional potentials for added value and more quality are in reach. Untapped synergies between individual topics during the planning of complex buildings are a key factor in this. We unify individual and often isolated subjects with a focus “from inside out” in a holistic view. This is why we begin with a target definition on the base of a global process comprehension.
We aim to coordinate the specific client needs better within the individual planning steps. To do this we do not need to reinvent or fundamentally change the planning of complex buildings. We just supplement the planning process with our innovative planning tools.
Our integral planning approach saves time during conceptualisation and project realisation. It enables thus improvements in quality and operational results for our clients.
